The number of Runway Generation Credits available to a user depends on their plan tier. To check your plan tier and credit balance, simply navigate to the workspace settings and select ‘Plans and Billing’.
Plan Tiers and Credit Allocation
For instance, if you’re on the Enterprise account, like in our example, you can view the remaining balance of your team’s credits. It’s important to note that only account owners and administrators have access to these settings.
Credit Value and Usage
In Runway, each credit is equivalent to 1 cent. The consumption of credits varies depending on the tool you use. For example:
- Generating one image costs 5 credits.
- 1 second of Gen 1 generation consumes 14 credits.
- 1 second of Gen 2 generation requires 5 credits.
- Training one custom model takes 1,000 credits.
Refreshing and Purchasing Credits
For individual plans, your credit balance refreshes monthly. However, if you need more credits, you have the option to purchase additional ones. It’s crucial to remember that while monthly credit allotments don’t roll over to the next month, purchased credits do.
Enterprise Plans and Credit Pool
In the case of Enterprise plans, the credit balance also refreshes every month. However, the entire team shares a collective credit pool. The credit allotment for Enterprise plans varies, so it’s advisable to check with your workspace admin for specifics. Like individual plans, additional credits can be purchased if needed.
